I've been using the d073.5 and 073.6 in my 223 and 308, didn't have any problems with it at all, clean burning and accurate enough for me.
The Explosia handbook, which is downloadable from
www.explosia.cz states it (d073.4) is similar to 2230.
All I know is that I can follow the loads for both from the minimum with 073.5 and 073.6 which the handbook states are similar to 2460 and 2520 respectively I generally settle for an accuracy node below the DNE load. Having said that the maximum loads for both 2520 and 2460 are below those that Lovex state for their similar powders.
I've loaded the 223 with this powder including 50 grn barnes varmint grenades and 55 grn fmj in place of cfe223, with the 308 I've used it with Barnes 130 grn tsx, 150 grn fmj, 165 grn speer btsp and 168 grn speer bthp match all in place of cfe 223, without any apparent adverse effects.
If I want I can use them to load my 30/30 if I start using jacketed bullets, right now I'm on a learning curve with cast bullets with that rifle.
On the positive side, it's cheaper than both cfe223 and V n-150 which I'd used before, if that's your bag.
