Lynx spotted in the highlands?

Even over here - got around 4 owls coming in one fine night. No sign of the fox I was hoping to see though. No sign of bears, cougars or wolves (as yet though).
An old friend of mine had a Great Horned Owl bury it's talons in his head when calling for Coyotes , the scars are impressive .

You would be exceptionally lucky to see a lynx in the wild. I know trappers here in Saskatchewan who have trapped some but never seen one otherwise.
They are ghosty little things , but I've seen quite a few over the years . Now I think about it , I usually see them in very remote areas where I'm probably the first human they've seen . They're a bit more skittish in areas with more human activity . The one animal that is rarely seen is the Wolverine . I've only seen a handful in all my years in the bush . I see plenty of sign , but it's rare to lay eyes on one ..................... maybe they should let some of those loose in the UK . Not for rewilding , just for the entertainment value .
