Ive one sat in the cabinet and its not getting much use, I decided because it needs a moderator on the end.
Ive seen theres factory screw cut 1895s available now so rather than butcher this one up, because it'll need the mag tube shortened, ill have a swap.
Question is what are SBLs making? I cant find any second hand ones to compare.
Like all my gear, its mint, a real cabinet queen.
Its a late remlin but it looks well put together to me, I believe the early ones had problems.
Thanks

Perhaps £1000 to the right buyer at the top end? The problem you face is that the educated buyer is likely to be after the new Ruger manufactured version.

I had a remlin 45/70 Cowboy until very recently and it was generally a well built rifle, however the stigma has stuck.
