Sold: Marlin SBL in 45/70

Do you not fancy something more classy looking?? The two to the right are Miroku manufactured 45-70s, a Winchester 1886 and the far right is a Browning 1886. I may part with the Browning

Hi c18rch, thanks for your reply but it is specifically the Ruger-made Marlin SBL, and only in 45-70, I am looking for but thanks for the bump 😁

They had them at the Shooting show at Harrogate last year, the next one is in May

A lad from my club is 2 1/2 months into a 3 month wait for one according to his local Rfd

Is this anything like what you are looking for? Available in Bournemouth and comes with die, brass, heads, etc and optional Leopold 3-9X50 scope which is currently on it.

The serial numbers are transposed to
I’ve a late Remlin which is identical to the Ruger as they were made on the same machines,

Do t believe the web bull regarding these things, only very early Remlins were rubbish
Exactly. I've got a Remlin in 357 and it's excellent. Lovely and smooth, very accurate. Never had any issues at all.
