I've got 3 rifles, 5 shotguns and I also had a slot for another .22lr. No issue raised at my last FEO visit a couple of months ago.

Just keep buyings. It's fine as long as you have cabinet space. No legal limit. If then at whatever point you are asked to put an alarm in, cross that bridge when you come to it

I have a vault for 10 guns. My FEO wrote 'cleared for 15' on his visit. I have 3 shotguns and 5 rifles. My FAC has slots for another 5 Rifle including section 1 shotguns, so no real limitations
