I have had 2x issues develop with mine, both on the same chassis, I'm not abusive but it is a tool...
Pistol grip cracked and flexed a fair bit
Email to MDT, showed the issue, grip replaced.
Same issue between the metal part of the buttstock on a fixed stock, no visible cracks but it beagin to flex.
Same again, email to mdt, replaced, no quibbles outstanding customer service, obviously paying a premium for nice things but decent to not be fobbed off with wear and tear.
