Hmmm. I think you should ask S1962 for his other sock…..
Just saying like.

Yep on reflection 🙄I might have cut that one on the 204 a tad short 😂keep the vibes positive man and look on the bright side I could have been a tailor, would have made a fortune in the 70- 80’s 🤣🤣🤣

I was thinking the same thing today. I have seen a few covered in green tape, which is probably a fairly long term solution. I have always worried about the neoprene ones slipping
They do slip but not so great to be a worry , you also need to check the moderator for working a little loose now and again . odd check your tight and an odd check your mor cover isnt creeping is not exactly onerous . will end up about a cm of creep on my neoprene mod cover after sat 20-30 rounds

Who the f**k cares about a few scratches or even dings on a mod?
These are even more tacticool than those stupid covers.

TAB, the American company make good covers.I had one for a T8 Reflex years ago....from stalking to range work as it had anti mirage material built into it.
I had the the wrap around type and they made a condom type too.
RIP stop nylon and various colours.

I use these;

I have a couple of nomex type as well, all on JetZ’s. They work fine, one is even made by ASE and fits very well but always concerned about what happened to VSS’s!

The Weka ones will not come off with out a fight!

I bought a cammo neoprene shotgun barrel(s) cover some years ago. I now use it to cover the DPT moderator and stainless rifle barrel all in one.

Heat wrap is ok but if you have a wildcat or strippable remember to do each part as the glue will fill in the threaded tube gaps. i just used cheap cam tape when I didn't use wildcats ,but now use the covers they make.

Covers are very good for not making such a racket as they connect with plant life making your way through woods and fields .
