Hi all

As some of you are aware we sold out of Large "Munro" gaiters well over a month ago now, however we will be taking delivery of "Mark II" version during this week, so all back orders will be sent out asap.

Basically the size of zip has been increased by a sizing grade along with a couple of other small tweaks. For the moment the XL size is unchanged as we still have stock of the original spec to move - Large is the most popular sizing as the XL's tend to suit rugby player build types or the sturdy fella's up North in the Glens who can't find other brands that fit..

Thought it would be worth posting a couple of pics of the Mark II Munro's as below (only applies to the Large size at present).

As mentioned in another thread on the forum the zip size has been increased along with a slightly different inner "drop-liner" (no problems with the original drop-liner however a different material now complements the overall gaiter design).

Had a pair of these off Rob recently, awesome kit they are!

My calves are 18" if I remember rightly and I had the XL size, fit nice, no tightness around the calf and very comfortable.

I swapped out the laces under the foot arch for army trouser twists but you could use any elastic cord. Little easier to get on/off for me.

Great kit buy with confidence

Bought a pair of these off Rob and used them on a successful stalk in snowy Hampshire last weekend.performed brilliantly.Dry and warm legs. Highly recommend Thanks

I normally wear neoprene macgaiters in the winter but with tick numbers being of the scale on one of my permissions and neoprene gaiters being a bit hot even in Scotland I thought I'd try a pair of Monarchs gaiters. They arrived yesterday and initial thoughts were these a really well made. Went stalking today and wore them to try. I doubt I'll ever wear any other gaiters super impressed and I'm sure they helped me get the buck I've been after for a few weeks.

These arrived the end of last week, but Ive been working away and only had a chance to open them last night- excellent gaiters much better than any others Ive had before, and as always fantastic service from Rob

XL's are currently being up-graded to incorporate the new zips and should be available before month end.

I have a pair of these. Now into their 2nd season. I'd say they are worn almost every day, as I refuse to use welly boots...!!! Couldn't speak highly enough of them. I may even buy another pair.....

Have you got the MK2’s in XL yet?
I have Swedteam ones currently in XL and to do the zips up is a huge bloody challenge as they are so tight around the boot!
I wouldn’t be interested in yours if they are no bigger

Afraid still awaiting the XL's although we do expect them in before month end.

I will have to check them against Swedteam XL's - ours are a different design so would not expect them to be difficult to fasten...
