Ditto, I found them more robust than the other, nicer finishI've had several Montanes over about 18 years, awesome jackets.
They are warm (can be too warm but they are easy to vent), they dry quicky and are hard wearing.
Quality of material and stitching has never been an issue and I'd say the sizing is accurate. I'm 5'8" 11st and nicely fit a medium.
Was going to suggest the same - good garment. I was a huge fan of Country Covers and have 5 of their garments most of which are 20 yrs old. Technically the route then went from Arktis to Hugh's son Oliver at Fortis. I now buy from both. These are pretty good, got one from Country Covers back in the day, still going strong:

I contacted them about making bino harnesses and clothing for stalking and shooting, suggesting there was a good market for it, they have so many police/military contracts its just not worth it for them. I do agree with you on the quality, the fit of garments doesn't seem as good or comfortable as it used to be, or maybe its just me entering middle age that is the issueArktis stuff isn’t as good as it used to be and simply hasn’t kept up with competition over the years.
