There is vat on every car u buy, u just dont notice it as its just part of the price.
U only get the +vat price adverrised as some busines users can claim it back

Probably the opposite. If you buy one now you can claim the VAT back so people will change now then hang on to the twin cabs for as long as possible.

VAT is currently charged on cars too, you just don't see it and can't reclaim it unless you are a lease/ rental company
