Mounting bull horns for a lorry cab

Hi all,

A friend of mine who drives stock has got himself a set of bull horns (unsure what from at the moment) to mount inside his wagon and is looking for a taxidermist to help him prepare them.

Does anyone know somebody who might be able to help him? Paid work of course

Being a lorry driver I suspect location isn’t as important but he’s Northampton based for what it’s worth!

Cheers
Fudd

I know not everyone has practical skills but would think that a really simple one to do, round of wood the right diameter for them to slot onto, wrap in leather and fix to board….

I have had 50 years of designing vehicles to be safer then a muppet wants to fit a Vlad the Impaler thingy inside the passenger cab without thinking about any other users of the vehicle.
They walk among us.
But they could put some Yellow hazard tape round the end that would make it safer, and maybe a piece of foam on the pointy bits. 😜 😊

Just think how dangerous these will be, mounted high on a lorry cab! I would bet it will kill at least 12 to 15 people annually. And if it catches on as a trend, you'll be responsible for hundreds of unnecessary cow horn lorry deaths per year. Please rethink!

What!!, how will the horns kill 12-15 people a year from inside the cab?
