Wanted: Muntjac skulls or roe wanted

Good afternoon guys, does any one have any skulls they part with for some money?
Got a man cave I wan't to kit out with a few heads of any one has anything they want to part with.

Hi Eddy, 2 years ago I sold a few for between £30 - £50 if that helps.

Some of mine are of medal class but nobody really wants to pay much as they didn't actually cull them.

Try antique and curiosity type shops, thats were I sold mine.

A few years ago I saw some in a shop in the New Forest for sale at £50 but I wouldn't have given them £5 because they were mounted with a Bloody great screw through the middle of the skull holding it on to a bit of wood.
They are probably still there I reckon.

Search taxidermy, loads there and they sell fairly cheap.

The ones I've seen sold commercially are normally rubbish and they are cheap and still on the shelf not sold because they are rubbish heads or not mounted very well.
All mine are very well mounted, secured from the back with screws into the base of the antler so unseen from the front.
The ones mounted on my wall are all different with mis-shapes, either multi points, misshaped points or in one case palmated.
There is one Gold medal used to show how they should be.
They were used to show course personnel how damage in velvet can affect growth.

I have a muntjac, roe,sika and CWD all on light oak shields with a 6.5x55 case mounted below them. We are currently redecorating and these need to go. They were done by Ironmatt one hear so are very good quality. I also have red antlers and fallow. Happy to send pictures etc if your interested. I’m in South Wales. Not sure of their worth etc but happy to have a conversation
