sorry if this is in the wrong place but having read the requirement; I clicked on various places and got nowhere and kept clicking back till I got here.
Anyway I have shot air pistols ; air rifles; the occasional shotgun and been trained to use a 357 magnum loaded with 38 rounds.
I did not shoot for many years and three years ago; I bought a weihrach which I sold after a year . I then bought a Daystate Mk 3 which I still have and at the same time joined my local rifle shooting club. However; while able to shoot prior to forking out on membership; upon further attendances shooting the club 22 rimfires became practically impossible. too few opening nights and too many budding aspiring olympic hopefuls with all the kit hogging the place.
I did not renew my membership after a year and only occasionally used my Daystate. It has been lacquered and I fitted it with american unobtrusive sling mounts.
I have now taken up Archery. A new and expensive hobby but once a member I will be able to shoot 24/7 . How good is that?
I retain for fur a german made umarex 6 shooter , real looking co2 powered colt 45 peacemaker. nowhere near as accurate as the Daystate---match sticks at 25 yards anyone.
