So a little about me, I live in Waterlooville in hampshire and shoot mostly Target up at bisley, this is produminetly long range so usually 900-1200yards. but also shoot anything from the Gallery stuff (long barreld pistols/revolvers (once I have my FAC), Target Shotgun, black powder pistols, 100-600 yard shoots as well, but looking to move into more of the stalking and pest control etc. Was brought up in the contryside so been around this for most of my life in some form or another.
Got started in shooting back as a kid with my first .177 airrifle my dad found and gave me, was a battered old thing but it got me hooked, loved shooting all the way up to Army cadets, then life got in the way, recently got back into shooting with a PCP .22 air rifle which i enjoyed shooting at my local club before stepping it up to my current club where we shoot mostly long range, but also everything in between where ive just recently got my Club Instructor qualification from the NRA. with my Range Officer course comeing up this weekend.
My calibres used are anything from 12g shotguns, .22LR, .357/.38sp, .44 for gallery, 223/5.56, 6.5 Creedmore, 308/7.62, 303. with some other stuff thown in if i get the chance to shoot something new (9mm, 8mm Muser, black powder etc) so would say im very comfortable with almost any firearm new or old.
