The limbsaver butt pads on both my GRS stocks have started to go sticky so I’m looking to replace them.
Because of the way they attach to the adjustable stock hardware, I’m looking for a pad that has a hard backing that can take the fittings screws. I don’t want anything that has holes drilled through it fit it to a wooden stock.
I’m also after a pad that is relatively solid, I don’t need it to take up recoil, & is black.
Would rather not spend a King’s ransom as these are working rifles & I just need function not bling!
Anyone got any suggestions for anything suitable?
