Well every days a school day, I would never have thought plastic would have worked, reckon I will make one today, what size holes did you use for top and bottom? Also I reckon they will be better in use as I have an awful habbit of gripping the metal kind that I made in my teeth , aint the best thing to stop your teeth enamel getting worn.

hi chicken man i use a 4mm and and i think if memory is correct a 2mm but you can go up to 2.5 if not correct. i did at one point try different sized holes and i really dont think it made much difference as long as one was bigger than the other. what i did find though was width and length made the difference but off hand i dont know how long i made them but will post dimentions tonight for you ,atb wayne
