I’m from South Wales and I’m new to deer stalking, looking to learn as much as I can and get properly involved. I’ve recently completed my DSC1 and I’m currently in the process of applying for my FAC.
My background is in the infantry, where I’m still serving, so I’ve got a solid amount of firearms experience behind me. That said, I’m keen to build my knowledge specifically around deer management, fieldcraft, and all the responsibilities that come with deer stalking.
Going forward, I’m aiming to gain as much hands-on experience as possible and, in time, work towards completing my DSC2.
I’m here to learn, take on advice, and hopefully connect with others who share the same interest. Any tips or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
