Just to introduce myself, I live in the Highlands, mostly shoot on open hill and mixed commercial woodland. Calibers I currently own 6.5x55, 7mm Rem Mag, 30-06.
looking to expand my own home butchery set up and keen to hear from anyone else that has used the game fridges rather than a larder setup.
