New stock for Bergara B14 Hunter

Looking to improve ergonomics and fit, it’s a 6.5 used for fox and deer stalking. Accuracy of the gun is fine so as long as it doesn’t make it less accurate I’m happy.

Tried an accuracy international, great but very heavy!

Currently looking at GRS sporter, Hunter or Fenris. MDT XRS looks ok but a bit military for a hunting rifle.

Interested to hear peoples thoughts or experiences.

Cheers,

Tristan

I owned the mdt xrs for a little while but found it to heavy and ergonomically it didn’t feel right to me.

I’ve used a grs berserk and found that incredibly comfortable so I suspect I will go down that route soon myself.

Good to know, I don’t mind a bit of weight but I’d rather avoid more than required

I don’t think they make this anymore? Is this the forerunner to the sporter?

Think it's now a hunter light?

The hunter sits in sticks better than the sporter with the cutout In the stock. Jope that makes sense anyway.

I purchased second hand, had a Form Carro, prefer the grs myself. Nothing in it really ofter than a few hundred quid if buying new.

I just like wrapping my thumb not having it on a shelf.

Form churchill looks nice for the £.

Have a form church hill fully adjustable great stock

I imported one of these from America about 20 years ago. Wish I'd never sold it because it was brilliant. Chote ultimate sniper. Fabulous.
