Just wanted to share some really positive feedback on Nocopix aftercare that's provided by Hawke.
Back end of last year I took the plunge on a Nocpix Vista 50R. Was a bit worried at the time as that's a real chunk of change but a good thermal has become one of my main bits of kit for stalking, foxing, rabbiting etc and something I use 2 maybe 3 times a week, so I bit the bullet.
Since then I managed to break the lens cover and found that one of the two provided batteries stopped taking a charge. In both instances, one quick email to Hawke and everything sorted in hours, replacements sent through the post and no time lost. Really impressed by their speed to response and no fuss attitude, even with the lens cover which I broke.
thought it was worth sharing as new thermal kit aint cheap!
