I also have a used press with the stand for £175 Shipped. See the pictures below, I believe to be unused but stored in a garage and has light rust on parts but cosmetic only.

That looks more like the base for one of the Lee progressives than a straight turret press.

Have messaged the vendor about that press....is there particular models better for reloading rifle ammo bs handgun ammo?

I have both Lee single stage press and Lee Turret press and they both work fine for rifle ammunition. The single stage works for pistol ammunition, but having the multiple stages available in one go on a turret press works really well for pistol ammunition.

The turret press in the picture looks to be one of the Lee progressives, normally used for pistol ammunition, but I could be wrong. Have a look on the Lee Precision website at their press section to see what I mean. They do quite a few different models, all good value and all work well.
