The factory 6mmBR Diamondline ammo I bought some time back was loaded with both Sierra MK or Berger 105gn bullets that were moly coated, ie not their own bullets!6mm 105gr diamondline would be my preference![]()
I believe they are coated Berger vld 105gr bullets. The factory 6mmBR Diamondline ammo I bought some time back was loaded with both Sierra MK or Berger 105gn bullets that were moly coated, ie not their own bullets!
Think you’re right as I recall they stopped selling the SMK ones - it was a while back now so memory fades. I stopped using them as I didn’t like the effect the moly was having on shot dispersion for the first few shots if the barrel wasn’t scrubbed clean to an inch of its life!I believe they are coated Berger vld 105gr bullets.
To the best of my knowledge, they are sold cheaper than Berger (without the yellow box tax....) and in boxes of 500
I'm super happy with how they perform (or at least my barrel is....) with them, hence the whole post!Think you’re right as I recall they stopped selling the SMK ones - it was a while back now so memory fades. Good luck finding them - if they’re coming from GMK now I would imagine that prices will be similar to those with YBT added.
I have been using the standard SMK 105gn for years now to great effect on the range.
