Norma Tipstrike

Does anyone know which bullet head Norma use in there 55grn 223 ammo, I’m trying to get a load together using Vmax with not promising results so far. Many thanks

I have seen two types i think?

The older Norma had a 55grn Hornady Vmax projectile whereas the newer stuff has the Tipstrike which is Norma's own creation i believe.

Vmax are usually good in most guns. Try the 50grain. sierra blitzking or nosler ballistic tips, one of those should be mustard. What's the twist rate? You might get better off going heavier with a 1 on 8 twist but not always.
