General Motors has announced it will spend $US854 million ($AU1.22 billion) to develop and build its next-generation V8 engines in the US.

Aerial square four
Bentley straight 8 - as in prewar Le Mans
Lotus F1 engines
Merlin V12, two are even better - we have non airworthy Mossie and Lancaster close by that do taxi runs, and BMF not too far away
W16 - unfortunately rather rare and not in my circles.
A bit different a King or Castle at full chat up Hemerdon Bank or on the Somerset levels.
What have I missed?
