For Kent you can do the transfer notification online, interesting no mention of 7 days on the selling just the taking ownership of a new firearm.

I'm not so sure that disposal within this context necessarily means transfer. My understanding is that you have to notify your FLD of a transfer in either direction within 7 days. What I think that disposal might also allude to is scrapped?

"Scrapped" is covered under section 34 of the act.
In the context of section 33, disposal means transfered out of your possession (sold, given, lent, etc).
