Passed my renewal for RCO a while back. I got one question wrong, it's open book so you just read the appropriate section in the handbook when doing the test.

I believe they've moved to having to do the RSO renewal and then the RCO renewal since I did mine, I only had one test to do for RCO.

I don't know. The system I used at the time didn't show me which question I got wrong, it was submitted via a Google form and then presumably marked by someone. I got the result by email.

Took the renewal online and passed 2nd time as I got one of the critical 100 point questions wrong. No real issue as I was sent the 1st attempt back so could clearly see which question/answer I needed to adjust. A costly exercise as I found I also had to do the RSO qual as well so £70 later......

I had no problems last October. Everything seemed to work smoothly. Same to the rest of the group renewing.
