Just seen what NT in Australia have announced for unvac people, leaving your house for work is a not a vild reason to go out if not jabbed, no exercise etc....theyre f^^cking mad.
It might not be as simple as that, e.g. people with serious non-covid ailments such has cancers may well have succumbed prematurely due to neglect of NHS medical care with so much attention being paid to covid. I'd find the government & CMO's stance on this a whole lot more convincing if we had figures for mortalities from covid rather than with which may well be substantially over stating the impact of the disease.Look at the UK's official annual death toll for 2020 and compere with the previous 5 years death toll . The extra deaths will give you a idea of how bad covid was. In the next few years the annual death toll may perhaps be inflated by the rise in those who never got treatment for their ills because of the covid. The figure for 2021 should be interesting. They could well show how many old people died a little before their time.

They may back peddle a bit on the NHS mandate. I dont know. So, get jabbed or...starve.
A version of that message has already been served up by our government on over 100k NHS workers.
That happened on our watch.
The people of the world need to find their voice.
This is insane. It is tyranny. It has nothing to do with public health.
At the moment 90 odd percent of people dying from covid or on ITU because of it are unvaccinated....... the vaccines work to prevent death or hospital admission from omicron which may contribute to the illusion omicron is "mild" I had a dose of it over Christmas and it was pretty awful....
Surely it would be more socially responsible and selfless to take measures to prevent spreading and passing on the illness to others, which getting jabbed clearly does not do. The individual may ‘feel’ that they do personally benefit from being jabbed - as and when omicron finds them, they think or feel that they may/will get a less severe ride, although the evidence of this would need to take into account the overall health of the individual, etc - but this means nothing to those who get the illness from such jabbed people - their outcome is also dependent on their own individual health status and comorbidities. Vulnerable people can be better protected by preventing viral reproduction in the first instance, as has been shown elsewhere t
Mr Myagi says best way to avoid the punch is not to be there
I think even in Brazil, this data rather undermines the link between Ivermectin administration and covid reduction.Agreed. I am all for robust and respectful discussion that involves the exchange of data. It is the hallmark of good debaters that they discuss facts. Conversely, those unwilling or unable to engage with data attack the speaker. I am sure that Alan and I will never stand in that latter category.
Not for Japan. Finding data there is difficult. But herewith a direct Ivermectin uptake correlation in Brazil whose mortality reduction profile tracks that of India and Japan:

With regard to temporal alignment between the rollout of treatments other than vaccines and a sharp reduction in SARS-CoV-2 incidence in any population, there exist more than one meaningful intervention [Ivermectin figures in three nations]. The most recent non-vaccine intervention to have success is the use of a 1% povidone gargle in Bangladesh.
What is utterly clear, is that endless repitition of what we are doing in the U.K. is not the answer. And vaccine mandates are just absurd and immoral. Absurd because we know the recipient can still carry and shed virus, and immoral because it imposes a treatment that may be unrequired by the recipient.
So we need to tell our government to look to those nations that have now returned to something approximating normal life.
Malone owns several patents relating to mRNA vaccines and was on the team that developed them. He doesnt recommend them for children. Or overuse.Twitter booted him off the other day for misinformation.
Bare in mind many 'facts' about covid are debunked mere months later, who are twitter to say what is misinformation or not.
Social media has played a big part in our attitudes to covid, and spent much time branding speculation as false, via their on board 'fact checker' speculation that often turned out to be true.
One example being the blood clotting, or myocarditus issue, which turned out to be a real issue.
More likely explanation? Enough people had already had the latest variant by June to have simply acquired a degree of natural immunity
Lies lies and damn statistics is the curse of all things covid related and it's easy to play my stat is better than yours
I'm just writing from the coal face view of things and my understanding of the situation.
