10mm boiler plate laser cut out and they fitted out very well, Their bloke tacked them up and I did the rest as it was a one pass 10mm weld so as you can see in the vid they had x braces and had to be done in a sequence like a head gasket replacement. On the big ones I welded 3 10x5 rsj's and they never moved bar 5mm!! for flat. Abt 2 ton for the big ones.
Did 4 small ones and 1 big one then Dad died so had a week off and then had to take the dogs with me and put a cage in the stores as only me at home but got it done.

On flats I use a copper backer.
Found a slew of old photos this morning, chap had a concrete & rebar cutter delivered to site, He had the contract to pull down the old Wrexham market hall.
The next day I went to Warrington alongside the ship canal,I had to go with the trailed gear on the V8 Land Rover, to the biggest stump grinder I ever saw.!
