I am a lifelong butcher, hunter & keen knife-maker…

Although I make lots of stalking knives I also enjoy making butchery & chefs knives…

This 12” butchers steak knife is the latest piece to leave the workshop. A tribute piece and #2 of set the former being a 6” boning knife supplied last year
