Optilock Rings for Alpex 4K

Anyone who has already done this please, what height 30mm Optilock rings are required to mount a HicMicro Alpex 4K LRF A50EL on to a Tikka T3 Stainless Lite? I already have a spare pair of Optilock bases to fit on the standard dovetail and would like to keep the scope as low as practicable.

I've justed fitted a 4k to a t3x lite using medium optlocks and I had to make shims (very thin tin between the base and the ring) to stop it touching the barrel, it now clears the barrel by a fraction of a mm.....not ideal but it works

My mate fitted very thin washers to a set of mounts once. That could maybe be a option if you need a 1-2mm or so.
