Out last night.

Had an order for some bunnies so popped out last night even though there was a full moon but I did better than expected.

Saw a hedgehog and a frog 🐸 🦔

On the way home saw another big hob ferret ran over on the road , that's the 2nd one in about 6 months.

Never seen so many fleas on the rabbits , they were crawling with them.

I know it looks like a polecat but there are no wild polecats in Co Durham only wild ferrets.
I had a jill polecat last season in a tunnel trap, right on one boundary. Covered in ticks, probably 25/30 of them.
Doubt it was wild,more likely lost next door whilst ferretting.
