Hi Guys
Usual nutshell

What runtime you getting or expecting out of the batteries without using the IR /LRF
At the moment i’m running on tracer rechargeable 3.7 V 2500 mAh Just changed after 2 hours continious run, i’ve reduced screen brightness down to 2 and popped in a pard battery 3.7 @ 3350 mAh bit of difference

Any ideas of expected run time and or proven best batteries to buy, i’ve got plenty of batteries all charged properly

Cheers

Phil

Cheers Bruce 👍 appreciated

Put a fully charged pard battery in 21:00 just run out, (they are a bit old now used them on my old V units) l’ll order a new set of off Torchy 👍

It’s nigh on 03:00 hrs - battery still between 1/2 and 3/4 should get 4 hrs out of this one with ease so 3 batteries for all night isn’t too bad that’s with just the unit on ext IR didn’t use any of the features
Been using 2 IR’s first is a covert type shorter range from clive ward he made up for me and the latest of his the long range both are brilliant the covert ones image is really a nice soft light variable coverage and the long range jobby needs to be reined in to suit on range distance but works brilliantly, the long range IR goes much further than I shoot I have to say
Another hour then it’s coffee time at the services 👍. 4 🦊🦊🦊🦊 in the bag so far and not a drop of rain water anywhere 😋 heading towards a good night out 👍

When I had one the inbuilt ir ate through battery’s got around 2 hrs and battery iirc

Yep
I run just the unit, won’t be running IR or the range finder i have some decent external mounted IR’s to use and LRF on the accolades, only thing i have promised myself is to get some footage on the SD card in it, tonight was all about numbers ( 5 in the end ) and not faffing about, finding that record button in the dark with a charlie in front of you to be honest I forgot all about it 🥹 always tomorrow night

All done coffee time and home by light, wouldn't want the mrs to think i’ve been out all night 🤣🤣👍
