PARD Night Stalker 4K reticle problem

I have the Pard Night Stalker 4K, it was working great until I did the 20241114 FW update, the reticle became like shifted to the up-left (still centered but the whole image). Shooting from 10 to 25 yards, it shoots below the aiming point of about 6 inches, which is very far for such a distance. going back to older FW 202409 still the same problem, even when going with elevation to -102 I cant reach the shooting point. The speed of my PCP between 930 and 950 FPS. Anyone faced such a problem?

I too have just encountered this problem. I can’t zero at 100m with my 6mm creedmoor.

I had to work out what 6” impact above POA was and input that in the ballistics. The rifle is currently zeroed at 340m in the ballistics. Anything under 340m I have to use the on board ballistics calculator to give me the second cross hair. I thought it might be my 20 MOA rail and the spuhr mount. The DS35 I had before was spot on.

The scope with base 5.6 mag and on board laser is excellent so this is rather frustrating.

My first installation was on a 20 MOA rail, it was doing great. But I removed it after upgrading and the problem occurred.
How did you manage it in the Ballistics?

I look at a different ballistics app and identified at what distance the point of impact would be 6” low. For me it was 340m. By using this as the distance for the zero on the ballistics input screen it will place the second cross hair above the fixed cross hair. It works spot on for me.

Sorry for chiming in a two-week-old thread, but does anyone know if the 4K_EN_20241212 firmware fixes this? I have a unit arriving today and I normally update firmware on new units. For the people who reported problems with the 20241114 FW, does the 20241212 resolve it?

Thanks

Jim
