Available: Park culling

Hi all,

Not stalking as such but I have availability for someone to come and shoot in a park environment. I've got another 12 reds to remove out of a park I manage. This is more aimed at novice stalkers who want an opportunity to get some knifework and gralloching practise in if you're moving towards DSC level 2 or maybe someone that wants to shoot their own deer for the freezer with 100% success. Full tuition can be given if required with the gralloching and more than happy to spend extra time with you before or after the shooting to give advice on id'ing, how to age them approximately, ecology etc to help expand knowledge towards DSC level 1. I won't leave your side throughout the whole thing and happy for you to use my rifle if required.

There is also a large stag which needs to go this season if that is of interest to anyone.

Each visit is £50 and you are welcome to shoot as many as you can fit in your car. All carcasses must be purchased by yourselves at current gamedealer rates.

Matt is a stand up chap and incredibly knowledgeable. Well worth taking this offer if you are new to stalking.

He is quite adept at cleaning heads as well.

You are not born an expert. Great opportunity for less experienced hunters who are on a learning curve, and an in-expensive way to obtain a Red, which many may not be able to afford. Tuition at gralloching, whats not to like.

A trip culling in a park setting WILL give the more inexperienced or for that matter a seasoned stalker some good trigger time and definitely knife time £50 ……. BARGAIN I’d book up but already look after a herd

But hope this will be there next season as would be interested as I need to learn at 67 yrs next week.
Wished I had not wasted so many years just doing shotguns missed out on a great time shooting.
So folks learn by my mistake DON'T PUT IT OFF

Culling park deer can be very challenging.
I'd highly recommend this opportunity to anyone looking to gain more experience. It will boost your confidence no end.
