Peltor eep 100 not charging ..

One of my eep 100 ear plugs is not charging, I’ve tried cleaning the contacts with isopropyl and a cotton bud, trying different charging points etc… Just wondered if anyone had the same and could offer any advice

My charging case broke. Was replaced on warranty. From memory it was the micro usb plug

I had to get a new case then I lost it pigeon shooting drat

It’s weird because it’s only one ear plug but the ‘good’ one charges in either section, I’ll email 3m, thanks!

One of mine runs really quiet and squeals until it's probably below half charge then it's fine, but they came from a company that also makes custom moulds for them to go in and given the carry on it was getting them in the first place I have no faith in getting this resolved, and one of the mouldings doesn't fit to boot

Irritatingly Peltor won’t deal with consumers anymore (citing GDPR) and connecting me to a UK agent

I think you may find the internal battery has failed & are not replaceable If you send me your address i think i may have a spare

I have a set of the EEP and love them. I put them in at the start of the day and they don’t come out until I pack up.

Mine are a few years old so it would have been good to know they can be repaired.
