My Secare L which is the slimmer version of the Fortis design I make and recently sold here in the same colours.
This knife is Elmax 'super clean' powder steel, made to the highest specifications by Uddeholm of Sweden. This steel is extensively used in the oil industry and industrial machine blades due to its excellent edge holding and wear resistance.
The knife has a 3mm spine tapering to just over 1mm and has been ground to a full flat profile with a 600 grit Scrotchbrite finish. All flats are hand sanded with a secondary bevel of 18 degrees polished to a surgically sharp edge.
Handle in grey G10 and orange G10 liners, finished with black carbon fibre pins
Sheathed in a super secure black wet formed sheath with orange stitching, this means that even if inverted the knife will not shake loose, it closes with a satisfying click!
252mm overall length, 130mm blade length and 24mm deep, so great for tunnelling.
