Wanted: Pheasant Poults

Can anyone recommend someone to order 200/250 pheasant poults from. Based North of Inverness so preferably someone as reasonably far north as possible.

Could try some of your local estates, piggy back onto their order, or if they're rearing might do some for you ?

I'd echo wot Malxwal has said.

My old head keepers motto was never scrimp on price of poults and always try to get them from somewhere further north and higher altitude if u can.
But nowadays folk never seem to bother.

Is their no local farm shoots or syndicates u can piggy back on?
Be more likely to be a wknd delivery than a big shoot.

Plus likely have a bit more time, big shoots might not have the time to be messing about hanging about for 8 or 10 crates

You could try one of the larger estates who rear their own, they might have surplus sometimes. I used to sell similar bundles when rearing 30,000+ to quite a few small local shoots around me.
