Photon xt 6.5x50s??

If its got a box keep that and bin the scope.

Had one when they first came out wouldn't hold zero wouldn't return under warranty. Google zero issues
I had a very important fox job I had to undertake. when the scope did not hold zero after waiting for a long time for problem fox. I was annoyed is a understatement
Keep your money and give it back
Boils my p##s thinking about that scope😔

I have 3. Standard is on Daystate used weekly for ratting another 49 rats culled on Monday night. Paired with a lightweight IR torch it's just perfect.
2nd is a Photon converted one so effectively mag x1.8 that's on .243. Illumination provided by a Night Fox covert iR torch. Good to about 120 yds.
3rd is extreme version with camera lense attached. That goes on LR.
To get around reticule centering issues I use Burris Zee Signature rings.
On my standard I adjusted the front unit by loosening the 4 locking screws and repositioning. Instructions kindly provided by our late Bruce.
I still have adapters spare Photon lenses and spare camera lenses.
All of them are simple to use reliable and frugal on batteries so what's not to like.

To answer the question. No not a daylight scope useful from dusk onwards. RT much better.
I have used an XT and remember it was a pig to get the IR set up correctly.
There are numerous YouTube videos on the XT they are worth watching.
I dont think I have ever seen a SH XT for sale.

I had 3 as well but with too many scopes about, I broke two of them down thinking no one would be interested and put the scopes and lenses into auction… still got the one with the 50mm lense though.. and should still have the adapters… and I think there’s another 105mm lens in the cupboard if anyone is interested.

There’s a selection of lens hoods there too……and for illumination there’s 2 or 3 of the ā€œSunrangerā€ T20 converted LED torches…. with either the AS or the Ian Sirrel high power LEDS… Another NV forum ā€˜invention’ 🤣

Cheers
