None, I just copy an image into the clipboard and paste it into my post

I don’t even do that.
Simply hit the pic icon when posting and select from your album.

I mainly use Flickr and Instagram. About 15 years ago I built my own website using Squarespace, just to see if I could do it, although I don't update it very often.
