Picture on my profile

Hi

could you tell me 1. Why on my profile is there a random picture of some one and 2. How do I get rid of it please. I'm not a computer wiz and have tried in vain to remove said picture it is above the picture of me next to my profile name. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
