Which Warne mounts for 56mm scope on Tikka T3X

Hello,

I'm trying to fit a 56mm Schmidt and Bender Klassik to a new Tikka T3X. I have always used Warne steel mounts and have complete confidence in them.

I am trying to mount the scope as low as possible to the bore, ideally with only 1/2mm clearance purely for cheek weld and head positioning reasons.

I am finding conflicting information online on whether I need high Warne rings or if mediums will do. I'm using the integrated Tikka rail and would rather not fit a picatinny rail.

Would anyone have anyone be able to point me in the right direction as to which mounts are best? It is a standard barrel profile. Any photos would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

You will have to go high, better off fitting a decent rail, or going to Talley rings, obviously depending on calibre, regarding eye height and cheek weld, it’s why we fit your scope, with you in the shop regardless of where you purchased it (foc).
