Pimping up my Lee rifle dies.

I just discovered these micrometre adjustment bits for basic Lee 2 die sets seating stems.
There is a chap on youtube that found it also fitted on the Lee collet crimp die too.
I ordered 4 of them today at 23€ each.

If anything like the Redding offering they'll be a complete waste of money unless you must have the aesthetic. The adjustment is not c/o incremental calibration as per a rifle scope click, but rather O ring resistance.

They work fine. Have ones on my .308, .222 and 6.5x55 seating dies. I use FL Wilson bushing dies to size.....and these do a grand job in combination with them. Not @rsed about what they look like just that they work.

Thanks to you starting this thread @Bavarianbrit I think I’ll have to get one of these. Been humming and arghing about a micrometer seating die for my 7x57 as I’m running two different bullets about to be four and changing depth between them is a real PITA. Was looking at a Forster for $280 but I have an unused die I got with the collet die and these micro adjuster ticks all the boxes. Not fussed about O-ring friction - can be replaced if it gets loose and the scale is the final marker anyway.

Only dirt I can find on the is complaints about the plug being hard on bullets and being sloppy - obviously a Lee seater die issue not the micrometer. How do you find them in that regard?

They were only delivered on Friday last so when I need to load up I will report back, I am doing 54x of .222 Rem for a pal this week with my Lee RGB dies.
