pm problems

Admin can you help me out what is i can't receive a pm
i can send pm to someone and they can reply back to me but they cant Start conversation with me

i have looked in my profile setting and Start conversations is set to Members only

Either:

1) You have permissions set to not allow... or



2) The member who wishes to send you a Conversation is not allowed yet (less than 1 posts I think), or has had permission taken away.
