Pocket cartridge holder - 3D printed

Very nice, waiting for other replies....Where is KS and his non trade mate...

Don't know if I'm the "mate" you mention but I think they look good - assuming it's the same company I used when I first started printing stuff, they produce very high quality SLS items. What bullets have you loaded in those .243? Are they home cast?

Nope....not you

This sounds like a good idea but has already been done to a very high standard and supplied free by norma!
They used to supply their bullets a few years ago in really good holders that the bullets securely click into protecting the tip but can easily be released with one hand. Yours looks like it may take both hands. I carry my 6.5 x 47 in my jacket all the time though they would take 308/243. I guess they did them in other sizes.
They are fantastic but I only have three left so can't offer to give any away.
I'm sure there's some people on here with loads of them in the bottom of a draw!

RWS and GECO ammo still comes with these holders.

Thanks guys, I just need to make a small change to the 3d part models to reduce the o-ring squeeze then I'll be able to place an order for the first batch.

@Henns I modelled the little 22 Hornet holder today.

@dazb1967 looks you'll be getting the first Creedmoor holder.

Recovered 3 boxes of these from a bin at Bisley.

Nice

If the Maker is offering them in hi-viz orange I’d be up for a couple please in 250 Klenchblaize. Can send an empty case.
K

If he gets them made non-dyed, you can use fabric dye to colour them yourself. Give them a thorough clean first, though, as there is always some loose powder grains that will spoil the finish.

I can get them in the standard grey for you to dye yourself. It will be the standard shot blasted matte finish rather than the glossier finish in my pics.

Send me a cartridge drawing or even a reamer print and I can do it.

Any good?

@Klenchblaize that's all I need. I'm not an expert on the dyeing so you might want to consult somebody who is. Painting might be an option.

I've done a 5 round hornet holder but will have a look at a larger one too.

That was just some green artwork specially for you. I've just checked and for an extra £9 or so per holder the manufacturer can airbrush it green for you (RAL6018).
Thanks

I’ll PM you with a finalised order so you can confirm total cost please. Won’t be before tomorrow now as I’m off to the woods.
Will you be able to print the whole cartridge name in uppercase?

250 KLENCHBLAIZE

Thanks
