The pita cockies. I sat outside with camera in hand and a Patient Wolf Gin + T in the other whilst waiting on the pestilence fly past.
Two G+T`s later a couple of pics just passed the muster..only just.

Hand held,either that,tripod or the big log rest I was at that evening. I actually can`t remember and was taken with my old Canon 600D and a S1 100-400 Canon lens. Still have both units but moved on to 7D 11 and Canon 100-400 S11...The sharpest of all is my 300mm F2.8 but has the limiting 300mm for those far off subjects. Screenshot below,they are quality lenses and right now in the UK a steal at....lots ha ha.

Thanks. I thought the image quality was way too good for a trail camera but the B&W image had me wondering.

The 7D11 allows operator to take in monochrome but its a simple task to convert to 'grey scale' as per prev pic now in GS. Sometimes the GS makes for a better finish.
