Can anyone suggest where I could get a roe buck head measured for a potential medal in the Yeovil (Somerset) area please? Cheers Andy

There are several on here that would be able to give you an idea from photos but the measurer will need the head, !!

Krikey, !! a deer stalker form East Coker.
At one time, late fifties early sixties, Alan Boucher (RIP) and I were the only ones that did that sort of thing and there were Roe jumping out of nearly every hedge row then.
You are certainly well placed for Deer.
If you put a picture up someone would give you some idea of what to expect. The one on the bottom row on the right is a gold. The separate one would probably make silver if I bothered to have it measured the others are just for interest.
