As a largely woodland stalker, the most important feature to me is field of view. Don’t want to be swinging around as if looking through a telescope.
Cannot find details of FOV for the base 225 model - can anyone help please?

I cannot give you numbers, but living in a heavily wooded area, I rarely shoot at anything more than 50y. The 225 is WAY more zoomed in at base mag than my Thor was. It is like looking through a straw. It'd be interesting to know what the values are.

Bruce, you are a mine of information and I thank you for your time and efforts. The Zulus I already have is exactly as you’ve described and I’m very pleased with it, having purchased on your recommendation.
In post 3 you do give the field of view for the 2 newer units, but not the cheaper 225.

The FOV of the TNC225R is 7° x 5.3°
