Problems with magazine on .308 Browning X-Bolt

Has anyone else experienced problems with the rotary magazine on a Browning X-Bolt?
The spring would appear to weaken over a couple of years and will not push up rounds especially the last couple.
I believe it is a very thin torsion spring. I don't leave rounds in the magazine and fire about 150 a year. At about £50 a time I'm on my 4th in 9 years.

Never had a problem, but then my total round count out of the X Bolt is only about 220, and I have 2 magazines

Mine is ten years old, or close to it, and absolutely shagged. At some point the plastic flappy thing got stuck and I had to dismantle it [not recomended]. A piece of it had snapped off and lodged itself, I removed it and fixed the issue. So, in short, yes I have experienced the problem you highlight. It feeds poorly now. Thing is, a replacement is.... £60!!
