How old is it, have you lost your zero settings or has it being sitting unused for a while?
It could be the internal battery is flat.
Some models use a capacitor to provide the power to store things like the time etc, and the capacitor may be faulty.
TJ should be able to fix it - or worst case, will send it back to Pulsar to fix.
Personally, if it's only the clock that's not keeping time - I'd refer to my wristwatch
The first scope was nearly two and a half years old, the replacement which they sent me with no explanation as to the problem with the first one ( ie whether they could or couldn't fix it) the second one which is only a month old looked new but I suppose could be refurbished the serial number is only 500 numbers different. Both were regularly used and the replacement has been used most nights. The bigger issue is whether it causes the unit to lose zero. I zeroed it today and it was shooting 3 inches low. The difference between a clean kill or an injured animal. You will be pleased to know I do have a watch that tells me the time!
If it doesn't hold zero, then it needs to be returned to TJs
I'm pretty sure the N355 is discontinued so you probably received a refurbished unit as the replacement for your original.
