Pulsar c50 issue

Has anyone has an issue with their c50 screen flickering? Went out this evening and turned the scope on and it started flickering to the degree that you couldn't actually see what you was looking at. If so how did you resolve it? I've done the normal reset, and charge battery's fully but still happening. Is there anyone that can repair them?

I was using an IR with it

It's never done it before with the IR. Will check it later in daytime mode and see if it does it. Thanks for reply!

Try adjusting the focus of the ir beam.
